The unit offers a fun programme of badge work and interesting activities for 30 Brownies aged 7 to 10 years.
The girls are encouraged to become involved in wider issues, and over the past few years they have filled shoeboxes for the Blythswood Care appeal. They also enjoy carol singing in local care homes.
All leaders have the necessary guiding qualifications and are trained in child protection.

The 22 children who attend are aged 5-7years, and enjoy games, singing and craft work. They can now also do age-appropriate badges.
